Thank you for shopping with Trinity Spirit Candles LLC. Each candle is crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because our candles are handmade, processing and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Order Processing Time

All orders are handmade and typically ship within 1–2 weeks after the order is placed.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. During holidays, new product launches, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons, processing may take longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination. Trinity Spirit Candles LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses available through our checkout system. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at trinityspiritcandlesllc@gmail.com before placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Trinity Spirit Candles LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Trinity Spirit Candles LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items During Shipping

We package our candles carefully; however, candles are fragile and may occasionally be damaged during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at trinityspiritcandlesllc@gmail.com with:

Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Heat & Weather Notice

Candles may soften, sweat, or slightly shift during shipping in warm weather. This is a natural possibility with wax-based products and does not always indicate damage.

Color Disclaimer: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variation in monitor settings, digital photography, and the natural behavior of candles dyes and fragrance oils, the actual shade of your candle may vary slightly from the images on our website.

Please track your shipment and bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery, especially during hot weather.
