Are your candles handmade?
Yes. Our candles are handmade with care and intention. Because each candle is crafted individually, slight variations in color, shape, texture, finish, or decorative detail may occur.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are handmade and typically ship within 1–2 weeks. During busy seasons, holidays, or product launches, processing may take longer.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, when tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order ships.
What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at trinityspiritcandlesllc@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.
Can I return a candle?
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only granted if the candle is damaged during delivery or if we made an error on your order. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo proof to process your request.
Do you offer refunds?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered production or shipping preparation.

Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, paper, and flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Can candles melt during shipping?
Candles may soften, sweat, or shift slightly during hot weather. Please track your package and bring it indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
