At Trinity Spirit Candles LLC, each candle is handcrafted with care, intention, and artistic detail. Because many of our items are handmade, decorative, spiritual, or limited in nature, please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only granted if the candle is damaged during delivery or if we made an error on your order. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo proof to process your request. Approved for return by Trinity Spirit Candles LLC
To request a return, email us at trinityspiritcandlesllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Used or burned candles
Custom or personalized orders
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items damaged after delivery
Items returned without approval
Products with signs of use, fragrance exposure, wax damage, or altered condition
Because candles are personal-use and fragrance-based products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, burned, or altered.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or an approved damaged item claim.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Trinity Spirit Candles LLC is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at trinityspiritcandlesllc@gmail.com.
Please include:
Order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Brief description of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you would like a different item, please contact us. If approved, you may need to return the original eligible item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered production or shipping preparation.
Because our candles are handmade, cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible to trinityspiritcandlesllc@gmail.com.
Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
